There wasn't any man I had met only once, spoken to 6 or 7 times on the phone, that I  would jump on a plane to Switzerland in the middle of winter with! oh hang on yes there was Andy! 

I started working with Andy in December 2023. We had a phone call hit it off, same sense of humour, same way of thinking and boom we were are team. Andy and I had a great week in Switzerland where he conviced me to try lots of different foods I never would have, encouraged to have that Gin. We were shattered after our week of induiction and training.. before he fell asleep on the plane home he asked me to save him a chocolate the attendants were handing out so he could give it to Gail his partner. Over dinner over several nights we talked about everything.... When we got back to the UK we started work on our "baby" ATS UK, we had such great plans and we were putting them in place slowly and surely... when Andy told me he was poorly we both said he woiuld beat this... we both thought he would. Hearing Andy lost the fight has left such a huge whole in my personal and work life. I will miss Andy (AJ) he was such a lovely man, positive, caring and just great.
